Mike; I've got XP problems also that I would hope somebody could help me out with.

When I picked up my new PC with XP OS last week ... I had my old address book transferred to my new PC. However, the individual names are not listed in last-name-first order. I've studied the Help section for hours till I'm cross-eyed and can't fix the problem. Also, I'm unable to send multiple emails to my new issues subscribers. I can only select individual email addresses ... not multiple addresses. I thought each new version would get easier. This XP is driving me nuts!! I'm sure that it's a simple fix once I find out how to do it ... but I sure do miss my Windows ME.
