a member of the Deep South chapter (from which, if my recollection serves me right, he was dismissed) of the CC & GTCC. He was NOT, however, a member of the national CC & GTCC and not held to any ethics code(s).

Although there was no combined shipping noted in the auctions (a fact that Wayne admits), it is both common courtesy and common sense to combine them....especially for nine chips!!!

What bothers me even more than that is how Vic screwed over Charles Kaplan. Mr. Kaplan spent the time & effort to put together a "round robin" & invited many to participate. And for his effort, he got screwed over by Vic who took some chips and replaced them with "crappy" well-used ones and then would not make good on replacing them....kinda leaves a bad taste in one's mouth.

Although Wayne's & Charles' comments under Vic's posts may seem tiresome and redundant, I applaud their efforts in making others aware of Vic's past (and maybe present) practices.
