And then there are the one who answer "it's against the rules of eBay to disclose the reserve." To which I mutter Barbara Striesand to myself and ignore the auction.

On my own auctions, I just start at the minimum I'd take for the item and let bidding take it's natural course.

If I bid the most I'm willing to pay and someone outbids me, then best wishes to them. I can only find a minimal number of chips that I "must have" and so far none of them have come up for auction on eBay. vbg

Other auctions, the chips are out there, the dealers might have them (but I don't know who) and they will come up again.

ps I'm still looking for a Serial Numbered Red Lion Cowboy Poetry and willing to pay TCR book price for one or both of them. There are only two different that were made.

The rest are WIsconsin chips, so I won't waste time mentioning "SCC" and other obscue chips which have no casino name on them. I'll probably find them in the junk box someday at a show.
