The Gaming Table lists a Tivoli Bar in Las Vegas in the 1930's. It was in the old Block 16. Does anyone know if the cover shown below might have come from this place? And maybe who Bill Goodwin was?

The age on this one is about right. It had a striker when I bought it but was so brittle it didn't survive the trip home.
