Is the hotel nice now . I stayed there the week it opened (but it wasnt quite finished!) two weeks before the Rugby World cup 4 years ago. Is the foyer a massive open space of shiny floor with nothing in it or is it all furnished? Apparently Grosvenor have applied for a Hard Rock Casino franchise in Cardiff (and also Bristol)
