I tend to agree with some of the other comments around here. If they did decide to pick you out of the multitudes to prosecute for gambling online, I'd think the penalty would be fairly minor.

The IRS can clean you out and make your life miserable. I'd take care of the tax side of things and only give the IRS the information they ask for (i.e., if they don't ask where it came from, don't tell them).
