A small correction to Charles statement
"Any state that permits any form of gambling (bingo or horse racing for instance) is also open to charity casino nights and Indian Reservation casinos."
This is not true in Texas where we have Dog and Horse tracks, a lottery, and bingo. Due to the polictical asperations of John Cornyn (TX atty gen. )to gain "the Christian vote" while running for Congress shut down all indian casino's as illegal and it was upheld in Federal Court. He claimed it induced the mob and other organized crime elements to come to the state.
