The Riverboats and the ones in Mississippi are not Indian owned - at least not yet - some of the Indian casinos are doing so well they may own it all some day....

There are non-Indian owned card rooms in California but the Casinos all belong to the Indians. There is a proposition on the ballot (Prop 68) that could give slots to the race tracks and big card clubs in LA and SF but it isn't doing well at this point.
