I don't hink he admitted it shouldn't havebeen sent there. I think he states that when sent there the PO is sending it back saying it should be Columbus.

I think maybe do some investigating to find out if his true mailing address is Worthington, or Columbus.

I have a little differtent situation with me. I live on Woodley Courtis a "jug handle" and starts and ends on Woodley Road) If someone sends me something without the "Court" on there, sometimes the PO delivers it to Woodley Road. From there it gets sent back to the sender with the words "NOT AT THIS ADDRESS"

I know thats not the same, but you get the idea.
