Here is the email that paypal sent me that shows he used incorrect information in his paypal account. Earlier I said it was a bad zip but it was a bad city! His city is really Columbus, thus his ebay name chipcolumbus, which I found out after shipping the chip. About a month after shipping the chip, he emailed me to say it didn't arrive and that he made a mistake on the city listed in paypal. He then files a claim with paypal saying I never shipped the chip. I still believe James Hackett has found a way to beat the system since Andy Hughes says he shipped to this same buyer and it ended with the same result. After the paypal payment email, I will paste the email from James where he admits he made the mistake and that the PO knows about it too. That was a month ago and the chip has not been seen since. YOU DECIDE! Here is a paste of the paypal email:
