I don't agree. The nature of an auction means that a seller takes a chance that the chip will go for less than he might have preferred. Sometimes he/she makes out ok, sometimes not. In a non-auction environment a seller can make sure he/she recovers expenses and make a profit. Unless profit is no consideration, $1.47 is woefully low for a $1 chip.
