Phyllis, if you're paying 60 cents to ship one chip within the U.S., you're paying too much. If the package is a padded mailer weighing 1 ounce or less, it's 37 cents plus 12 cents for what the USPS calls a "nonmachinable surcharge." One chip should almost always be 49 cents.
