I really had no intention of posting, but after reading Jay's post, I have to add my one and a half cents.

I too, have bought chips from Capt. Banjo... The very first time that I won one of his auctions, I was having a lot of trouble with PayPal in getting the payment to go through and ended up paying him twice. I emailed him as soon as I realized what happened. He wrote me back IMMEDIATELY and assured me he could cancel the duplicate payment and he did.

The same PayPal trouble occurred with a previous auction with a different eBay seller and guess what? No offer to refund my money on that one. That seller sent me a different Las Vegas chip of the seller's choosing.

In my opinion, Capt. Banjo is not only honest, he's a pleasure to deal with.
