Not long ago, you gave Jim Perlowski accounting and "ethical" advice, both of which were wrong. And you still haven't had balls enough to either answer the question "what federal law was it that Jim may have violated" or admit that there is no such law.

Then you offered all of us legal advice regarding eBay shipping, handling fees and insurance, all of which was wrong. And you still haven't had balls enough to reply to Charles Kaplan's post demonstrating that you were wrong; or to answer my challenge that you cite even one law which supported your claims; or to answer the question whether you have a law degree or are just "a wannabe lawyer on an (internet) message board".

And now you're going to explain "tax policy" for we dummies who don't get it? That's a good one.

I will, however, concede that you are an expert on "oooompah", since you're full of it.
