Archie, Certainly more than reasonable if insurance is included.. and it does depend on a the chip.. for $2-3 chips it is a significant factor. As long as shipping charges are clearly stated the bidder can take them into consideration. $1.80 to $2 is about standard now. I saw a $6 chip today with a shipping charge of $3.50.. insurance was optional of course at an additional $1.30. Another factor to consider is what the shipping charge is for that 2nd, 3rd or 4th chip shipped in the same package.
