I guess nothing I can say will make it sink in. It isn't about emails; it isn't about "slams", it isn't about anything but YOUR failure to realize you took something that didn't belong to you. Discussing everything else will not make it go away.

In addition, you didn't recgonize what you had done. Because I didn't say anything doesn't make a wrong action right. Your words sum it up.........................."Because nothing was going to happen until I knew there was a problem." You didn't even know what you did was wrong.

THAT'S WHAT, IN MY OPINION, IS REALLY SAD!
