I personally am not concerned. This is the Internet Age and if they want to get your ID they will. They would be wasting their time getting mine and my bills.
However, I know many people feel otherwise and for you I think, offering the 3 options would be nice.
1. Let it fly, I do not fear.
2. Picture OK, name Not.
3. Keep me off completely.
