I don't normally post a gripe...

But I have to let off steam. Why is it so difficult for someone to send an email letting you know they've received the package you sent them. This is just basic common courtesy.

I've participated in sending chips to new members.
I sent out ziploc bags after the convention.
And I've participated in numerous trades.

While many people do send an email when they receive a package, too many don't. AND, some don't even reply when I send an email asking if they ever got it.

How were these people raised?
