I think you need to realize that car jockey is about the level to which you will rise in life Pete and I'm sure that can be frustrating. But let's face facts Pete - it's no accident that you hold that particular station.

However frustrating that might be, you need to change your business policy to one of honesty and not one of misrepresentation, bait and switch, etc.

I'm not the only club member that has had issues with the way you do business; I am only the most outspoken. Others don't want to be attacked by you, but that kind of stuff really shows your true colors. It is profane, abusive and designed to silence criticism, but it's wholly ineffective with me. Instead of attacking me personally, you should try sticking to the issues I raised and actually answer the question. It's very simple really.

You admitted you had one chip (the Hacienda 50 cent trade chip) that was mint displayed on your web site and you also admitted the ones you sent were not nearly the quality of the ones pictured. If that isn't bait and switch, I'd like to know what is Peter. You showed me one chip and sold me another. That makes you a bait and switch artist, plain and simple. The conclusion is inescapable; however, you want to avoid that topic entirely. If I were you, I'd do the same.

You never did respond to the obvious question: If those garbage things you are listing are actually "Casino Chips," what casino are they from Peter? I guess the fact that you'd like to avoid that question says a lot about you too - and none of it is good.

I was compelled to file an Ethics complaint, as I feel listing things in such an intentionally misleading manner reflects poorly on each and every member of the club, as well as the club itself. You agreed to stop the practice, but here you are continuing to do what you agreed to cease. Have you revised the listings? Ended them and re-listed them? Nope - you just want to continue your misleading practices without notice. Well plenty of people notice. I notice! And every time I see it, I am going to call you on it, so get used to it, or adopt a business policy of honesty.

Keep another thing in mind Peter; I know what you look like, but you haven't a clue what I look like, so all the threatening talk about meeting up with me at the convention is about as foolish as your business practices. So maybe when you're at the convention and you catch the stare of someone you don't know, just take a minute to think who it is. When you take a walk to the bathroom and someone is behind you, just think about whom exactly that might be.

Like I said - you don't know if I am 6-7, 270 and would eat you for lunch, or 5-0 in a wheelchair, so stow all that macho nonsense and try operating on the up-and-up. It's so much easier in the long run Peter. Glad we could have this chat.
