Setting the record straight

Some non-collector who appears to be a shill bidder on ebay on the Nevada Biltmore chips accused me of having negative feedback. Here is the record on me:

Feedback Score: 2261
Positive Feedback: 98.7%

Members who left a positive: 2292
Members who left a negative: 31

All positive feedback received: 3479

I have been a seller of Hotwheels, Sportscards, Smith Miller Trucks, Neon beer signs and finally casino chips on ebay since 1998. Of 3479 positive feedbacks I have gotten 31 negatives, half as retaliatory feedback on items I bought which were not described correctly and no refund given. Many other negatives from people who did not pay for an auction and left me a negative too. I have never had a negative from someone who I bought a chip from or someone I sold a chip to. I offer 100% refund of price paid including shipping if something is not wanted and will never stiff a chip buyer. Being a seller for 6 years and having a 99% positive feedback rating is something that is difficult when you have sold and bought so many different items so I have nothing to be ashamed of or anything to hide.

Knowing that, is over a 99% feedback rating bad? I don't think so. If I was just a seller then that might be a problem. But anyone can check my auctions that I have won and see that I buy way more than I sell on ebay.

Your thoughts would be appreciated.
