My feelings to each is in red.....

1) The straightening of heat warped chips NOT ALTERED, Nothig has been added or removed and could have occured without ill intent (same way the warp occured originally)
2) Removal of varnish and/or glue NOT ALTERED, Nothing added to the chip or original material removed -- and would consider it much as cleaning
3) Repairing rim nicks ALTERED, Material added or removed to/from the chip to disguise condition
4) Gluing broken chips with pigmented glue to avoid the appearance of hairline cracks ALTERED, Use of material to disguise damage. I think gluing to preserve the chip is OK as long as crack is visible and not disguised (PIGMENTED key word here)
5) Re-gluing of inlays that have detached NOT ALTERED, Preservation of the chip IF it is the original inlay from THAT chip
6) Replacing broken chunks of the chip and inserts ALTERED, Material Added to the chip
7) Removing of chips from key rings, money clips and bolo ties NOT ALTERED, Nothing added to the chip
8) Resurfacing of chips damaged in concrete or by cigarette burns ALTERED, Removal of original Material to disguise damage
9) Swapping good inlays from damaged chips to good chips ALTERED, Not 0riginal
10) Removing hot stamp cancellation and/or the reconditioning of an actual hot stamp ALTERED, Something removed to disguise the chip
11) Making replica inlays by copying good ones ALTERED, Not original materal for the purpose of disguising condition
12) Coating brass core slugs with new plastic ALTERED, Not original material
13) Repair of drill cancellation ALTERED, Not original material added to disguise condition
14) Concealment of cancellations ALTERED, disguising true condition
