If you have AVG and need tech support, you have bigger problems than a PC virus. You proably can't use Google, Explorer (not IE) and shouldn't own a PC, or may want to stay in AO-Hell.

If you have Norton and need tech support, you're really screwed - even if you need tech support 10 minutes after you open the package.

I am wondering how many times in 6 yaers you used McAffee that you really needed tech support?
