Can you let me know the name of the seller who sent you the chip like this? I just won a chip last week, which when I went to pay found out that he required insurance (he also charged just $1 shipping). I sent him an e-mail and requested to not pay the insurance (it was a $4 winning bid, and would thus not benefit either of us), and he let me off the hook.

However, it's now 5 days later and I still don't have the chip (it only had to be shipped from CA to UT). I wrote him asking when he sent it, but since I told him that I would assume responsibility for the post office delivering the chip (in lieu of purchasing insurance), I am wondering if I am in the process of getting hosed...

BTW, if you want to know the name of my seller, I can post it here. However, I prefer not to impugn him (even by inferrence) until I given him a chance to respond to me, and I still don't receive the chip.
