I know what you mean. I got one two weeks ago that charged $1 for shipping but required that I pay for insurance. It was a $5 chip. The worst part was it came in a regular white envelope and the chip was taped onto a piece of paper with packing tape. I was afraid the hot stamp would come off with the tape. Fortunately it didn't but plenty of the glue gunk stuck to the front of the chip. Oh, and by the way, there was no insurance on the package. Last time I'll be buying from that guy...
