All I saw were a single set of chips, but when the money was changed and disappeared down the slot at the table games, they'd call out "Changing $100 US" or "Changing $100 Canadian" to the pit bosses. I only saw dollar-for-dollar changing of US funds, not sure what they did with Canadian funds but I assume they had a standard daily exchange rate which probably did no favors to the patrons.
