I realize you're new to the board, Kevin, and for quite some time Vic has chosen not to respond to the charges against him, but it appears to be a problem that he can't understand why it's bad to screw over other members of CC+GTSS and all others who would be his customers or trading partners. And you are correct - I have learned from this "learning experience," and what I have learned is that Vic Galante is an unrepentant crook. All I'm doing is warning other people about him, when he uses this board to advertise for trades or sales.

Sure, the postage and handling was part of each individual auction, but I didn't get what I paid for. I paid for nine individual shipments of chips, and all I got was one shipment of nine chips, with him pocketing the (considerable) difference.

Vic has also ruined a "round-robin" trading session (a group of chips makes the rounds among several traders, and traders replace chips they need with duplicate chips they have) by replacing several chips with fewer chips in worse than the agreed-on condition. He eventually made good on that, but it took weeks of public complaining.

So, as you might understand, there's always more to the story than what you see on the surface.
