Also, you are right in that I've gotten way more than $15 worth of heckling in on you, and unless you make good on the deal, it's going to continue.

Why you would want your reputation trashed because you need ten or fifteen bucks more than you need people to think you're a reasonable businessman is beyond me, but the bottom line is you screwed me on shipping charges. Regardless of what you said (or didn't say) in the "contract", you didn't give me nine separate shipments (at $1.85 each) for nine separate chips. You shipped all chips together in a single envelope for $1.29. You pocketed the difference. That's fee avoidance against eBay, which is against their rules. In any case, I did not get what I paid for - nine separate shippings. You got what you deserved - a negative feedback. But you're still here, looking for trades and sales on this board, after failing to make good with me and after ruining round robin trades.

If you think any of this is incorrect or unfair, by all means, sue me for slander! (or libel, whichever!) Certainly, you've been injured by it, because people such as Barry in this thread say they will not trade with you, even when they have duplicates you need. You won't win, because nothing I'm saying is untrue - and I can prove it.

I can't appeal to the CC+GTCC to make it right, because you don't belong to the national organization - essentially, you don't measure up to the ethical standards of membership. You were only a member of a local organization, which you are apparently no longer a member of, for whatever reason. I've also received email from a member of the South Florida group who felt very uncomfortable doing business with you.

I will not pay you any more for the chips, because that's how the auction ended up. You charged $16.65 for shipping and handling, and you withheld 8 out of 9 of those individual charges by combining all chips into the same envelope. Why you insist on refusing to make good on your swindle is anyone's guess.

Virtually every other dealer I've bought from has offered to combine shipping, or had no problem combining shipping if asked. In fact, you too have had multiple shipments combined for lower shipping costs from at least two dealers. You're in a class by yourself, Vic, and I don't mind warning people about it.
