.. I also agree. I think that fraud is more extensive than they have numbers for because of many non-reporting victims.

Another problem I see but have no idea as to the size is the kids running through auctions bidding just to 'run up the bid'.

While not illegal, I see sellers gouging more and more, and the buyer being forced to take all the risks.

Next, are the feedback ransom form sellers AFTER the buyer has taken the risks?

Insurance is another possible scam... don't pay for insurance and maybe seller says your item was lost in the mail, and he later re-sells it.

I think delivery is the seller’s responsibility. I sold something and the buyer did not insure, it was lost. Whose fault was it?? His? Mine? If you said Mine you are right, I mis-labled it and it came back. All of your overhead: Ads, shipping, etc. should be built into the opening bid. Just like when you run an ad in the classified, you don't tack it on after the sale.

For your viewing pleasure, a note from Comoros (off the coast of Africa near Magagascar) I think is very attractive and pleasing design & color...
