They are not white, they are lavendar and turquoise.
The red ones are sort of red on red.
No problem with the dealers.
The ones in the picture are 4th generation and are undoubtablely the easist layouts I have ever dealt on. Cards zip out on them.

The 1st generation was the worst ever to deal on. They got better as we found newer fabric and process. These layouts costs 3 times what speed cloth would cost.
But:
The color never fades.
No wear spot where the dealer shuffles.
Spills just wipe out with a little cleaner.
The only thing that hurts them are burns from cigarettes. That fix may be coming with the 5th generation. There are burn resistant pit layouts right now but they are not for poker yet, cards won't slide like we need them to.
