The fine print atthe bottom reads:

"Double Shootout start date of April 1 is subject to change. World Championship event limited to 2000 tables. All other events limited to 100 tables. Harrah's reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion/tournament at any time, for any reason. Harrah's may disqualify any person for any prize or ability to enter the tournament bases upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of promotional/tournament rules or other misconduct as determined by Harrah's in its sole discretion.
