I have never seen that chip until now when you posted it. I can say that they were NOT used in 1994 which was the year of the Silver Anniversary. I played quite a few satellites that year & won several of them. All I was ever paid off in were with the gray chip with the baby blue inserts. Whoever put the '94 sticker onto the yellow chip might have done a nice job, but I would bet real high that it's a fake. I also have the artwork which is below showing all the 500 buy in NCV chips used through the 2000 WSOP. As you can see, that chip is not in the artwork. They even included a chip in that artwork from the 2000 Hall of Fame that was never used. So, if they had made the chip you are asking about, I would think it would be in the artwork. Besides, they never would have gone with a yellow chip for the Silver Anniversary. That was the reason for the steel gray chip. That's why I don't even think that it's a sample chip.
