I use MacAfee also. I have used both, and both are very good. The problem with MacAfee and Norton is that they are so widely used that people who write these viruses often try to attack these two antivirus softwares (disable them). Sometines I wonder if a cheap no-name software might be more affective. Maybe not, who knows. There are things you can do to help protect your stuff like back-up, don't download things you are not sure of, don't open email you don't recognize... etc. All of this helps. PLUS, you need to protect yourself from things like your system just failing, (back-up) or YOU accidently screwing it up yourself (MY main problem )
