Also keep in mind when you order your Dell over the phone or you have a problem and need to call their tech line, you are going to be talking to "Larry" in Bangalore, India and you may or may not be able to understand a thing he says.

My neighbor just had a nightmare with Dell due to this, ended up with a computer that was all wrong. She sent it back and told them to forget it. It may be that way with all the computer manufacturers now though.
