JOHN ZOESCH...And then there were none...

Here it is 1979...Alco cannabilization project in full swing...For what they were they did a hell of a job, no creature comforts but you could do wonders with them if you had a few fusees and some matchbooks. Block out the OPR relay with a matchbook and lets go....In the summer we would run them over Desmet Hill with 5 of them and 11,000 ton. They would always try and over heat but if you had the matchbooks in you could watch the temp guage go up way past the red zone. Get to the top and notch down and it was like Old Faithful when the water(boiling) started spewing.
