but I guess I always thought this bulletin board was a mentoring environment. I'm not sure why it has to be formalized. That would sort of restricts an answer to just one persons opinion.

Even if someone feels a bit uncomfortable asking a question in an open arena, they can always email someone privately, if they choose.

Was there something more that I'm mising?
