I have an epson Perfection 1650 and It scans every color out there. The total cost was about $175.00 It scans a wider varitey of colors. Your better scanners with more dpi will pick up the florescent colors. Mine scans up to 3600 dpi which is alot better the the 1200 and 2400 dpi scanners.
