I think the W stamp is a fantastic idea. I for one have seen your work and as stated earlier, the craftmanship is of top quality. I've enjoyed seeing some of what I would call whimsical and creative use of colors.

The stamp would make everyone happy. I also feel your sales would go through the roof!

I can appreciate the controversy. I can feel for the people that paid alot of money for valuable brass core chips only to find out later that the majority of the chip collecting community is gun shy about buying them because of the "counterfit" fears.

The W stamp, would be the difference between a cheap korean knock off and the work of an artist signing his work. I know you consider yourself an artist. As an artist, I would think you would want everyone to know that this is your work. I see it as a win-win situation. Just my humble opinion
