I Like your idea Robert and it would probably work, as long as you are not at the 4Bears Casino in Newtown, North Dakota. Upon Checking in, we found the window was ajar on the ground level and it was only 25 Fahrenheit. Then that night when we went to bed, my friend (who was sleeping in the other bed - naturally) kept complaining he heard something running around in the room. I turned the light on 3 times and nothing. Next morning we came back from breakfast just in time to see a mouse scurrying under his bed. Check it out, and guess what? The mouse had burrowed a hole in the mattress and was living in there. It was the mouse running around in the mattress he kept hearing. To say the least, I went to the front desk and had an absolute S**T fit. Guess what it got me? After 10 minutes of screaming and finally threatening to sue them, they moved us to another room, but it was not even cleaned. I agree though about the letter writing, letters to the Casino GM went unanswered and I have never stayed there since.
