Rounded versus square edge
In Response To: Unusual Poker Chips ()

One could purchase chips from USPC (via its distributors) in either square or rounded edge. I think rounded edge might have cost a few pennies more, although I'm not sure about that.

Reeded edge was also an option (the most expensive option). I've never seen that type edge in generic chips (like the monograms).

Black, for some reason that I don't understand, is not a popular color. Of the 100 or so different BPOE c&s lodges I have, only one lodge used black (at least according to the colors I have). That lodge, #154, only used black when they reordered from Burt. I have no black USPC c&s elks chips.
