From reading your previous post, I have to assume that you were Doug's trading partner. You need to be an adult and do the right thing:

Either

• Replace the chips you (supposedly) sent to Doug that never arrived
• Send the chips Doug sent to you (in good faith) back to him
• Pay him money for the chips you received from him

If you do NOT make it right, you are no more than a petty thief and a rip off artist.

Make it right!
