I would love to know ......

.... from one of the chip dealers: how many packages they send out in an average year. Also, how many of those packages get lost.

Example: assume dealer X has 100 customers that he sends new issues. If there are 5 new issues in a year, then that dealer sends out at least 500 packages. At $1.75(a combination of $1.30 and $2.20) per package, the dealer is charging $875 for insurance. The big question becomes: how many of the 500 packages get lost each year.

I'm not necessarily for or against. However, I would like to get some data. Anyone want to volunteer some info?
