Re: EBAY feedback

Calvin writes: I too have gotten many neutral and negative feedback with silly reasons like: too much s/h charge, chip arrived safely but envelope was torn, was not shipped soon enough, etc, etc.

My question is: What is wrong with the buyer stating in his feedback, his position that the seller is charging what he considers an excessive shipping charge? Or that the seller delays shipment when I'm sure the buyer demands his money a.s.a.p.? I'm not saying this deserves a negative feedback but why not tell the truth of how he feels. This to me in not a "silly" remark.

If the purpose of the feedback is to let others know if your happy or not, then all the positives and negatives feelings should be posted.

Needless to say a torn envelope deserves no mention at all as that was not the fault of the seller.

I personally care less if someone leaves me a feedback in either direction. I only leave a feedback when requested (which means I have never posted a negative response) or have ever requested one in return.
