They're both valuable chips, but I would rate the Cinco a little better due to the numbers. There were 250 of the Sammy's and only 100 of the Cinco. The Sammy has been up and down (within a fairly small range) but the Cinco has held it's value and seems to be harder to come by. I realize that many of the 250 Sammy chips went to people who may be holding them and don't realize the value, but they're out there. Just my opinion.
