I agre with Paul and the rest...

Even though you were trading and not buying, it's still each parties' respective responsibility to make sure that their chips make it to the other party.

If that take delivery confirmation and insurance, so be it. If one party chooses not to pay for these services, that's fine, but they're taking the risk, not the recipient. And in the case of a loss, they should be held responsible, not the recipient.

That's my humble opinion for what it's worth. grin
