Re: HR Chip Count
In Response To: Re: HR Chip Count ()

Hi Archie,

I would have to agree with Josh on his statement...

The #2's ARE harder to find (for purchase anyway grin). Just because Jim has six colors from the #2 table doesn't indicate to me that overall these are not harder to find or purchase! grin grin

Last Jan 2003 there was a thread that discussed these chips. Within that thread there is a post from James Campiglia where he states, "I have not seen any #2's. Are those even rarer?".

Jerry Birl, "Mr. Roulette" responded to that question and says, "Jimmy, The #2's must be rarer, I only have five colors.".

Here is the thread from Jan 2003:

I also would love to hear others speak up and indicate who has these chips. It would be helpful to all of us collectors to know more about these chips. It would also be interesting to find out how long they were used and why they were replaced. I've noticed that the #1 and #2 chips don't say "Las Vegas" on them and always wondered if that played some role. Any information on these topics would be greatly apprecated!
