I think there were 250 $25 Sammy chips made - if you believe anything that comes out of the HR.
200 went into CD cases for 100 "SETS".
Each set held (2) $25 chips and (2) $5 chips.
The other 50 $25 chips went another direction - and I'll stop short since I really don't know KNOW for a fact how the other 50 were distributed.
