However, like Pete, I also have replaced or refunded many times chips and money for goods not received even tho ins. was not purchased.
I feel that the goodwill generated by doing this cannot be measured in dollars and cents, the feedback I rec. when I do this is rewarding enough and the multiple sales I get from these people more than makes up for the small losses that I take.
