Ah, but there is no such disclaimer in this seller's auction! Insurance for a $4.99 chip is hardly worth the effort for the seller (fill out the form, present it in person at the P.O., etc.) or worth the cost for the buyer. Since he charged $2.00 for shipping just one chip, I believe most would assume they are self-insuring the item.
