Hanover gets involved because he has nothing to do. If the man would get a job that keeps him busy he wouldn't have soooooooooooo much time on his hands. However, I'm sure glad Hanover has a sense of humor.
Concerning setting price for a chip you and I often agree. It isn't that difficult if you stay current with the market.
