For chip collectors the convention is the GREATEST event of the year. I circle and visit as many tables as I can. God! I must lose five pounds being on my feet!

I don't attend the Southern Nevada Chapter meetings as often as I use too. I miss most of the collectors who use to attend. In fact I use to obtain my rarest postcards, matches and chips from Jim Gellette. In the old days, Jerry Wall, Saito, Janice & Jerry, Gellette, Bill Payne, Trimble, Andy Hughes and the list would go on and on. I don't know something happened inside me when Jim died. I kinda lost interest. Sold my matches and postcards and almost sold my chips. The hobby without him is not the same.

I feel funny when I walk into the room and I know he is not coming to the meeting. I just got to get out of there.
